Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs for a mailbox package are €1.95, for a mailbox package with track & trace €4.99, and for a package with track & trace €6.95. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with a tracking code, you pay the standard rate.
For Belgium, the shipping costs for a mailbox package are €3.99 and for a (mailbox) package with track & trace €10.89. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with a tracking code, you pay the standard rate.
For Germany, the shipping costs for a mailbox package are €3.99 and for a (mailbox) package with track & trace €9.24. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with a tracking code, you pay the standard rate.
For all other countries, the shipping costs are €3.99 for a mailbox package. If you want your order to be sent with a tracking code, the shipping costs vary between €11.75 and €26.20. If you select your country at the checkout, you can view the exact shipping costs. All orders over €50 receive free shipping with a mailbox package. If you want your order shipped with a tracking code, you pay the standard rate.
If you place an order on workdays before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. During weekends and public holidays, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
The delivery time of your order depends on PostNL and the country in which you live. Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered the next day. For Belgium and Germany, it takes between 2-4 day before your order arrives. For all other European countries, the delivery time varies between 2-7 days. For countries outside Europe, the delivery time varies between 4-10 days.

If you received an order confirmation, the order has been placed. In that case, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and a new payment link will be sent to you.
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, the order hasn’t been placed. This means that you need to place your order again.
At Essentialistics you always have the opportunity to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order.
All items can be returned except customized jewellery and accessories, sale items, and earrings.
The processing of a return shipment takes up a maximum of 30 working days after receipt. You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed the return and refunded the amount to your account.
Yes, both the costs and the risk of return sendings are for your own account.

Please note that Essentialistics will only handle returns if the products are returned in their original condition including packaging. Damaged and/or used items are refused and returned.
Please note that shipments that are returned without having filled in our return form will not be accepted. You will always receive confirmation from us that we have received your request for the return shipment. Therefore, wait until you have received this confirmation before returning the products.
Non-identifiable returns are returned to the sender wherever possible. If the products are not in our possession within 14 days after confirming the return shipment via the return form, there will be no refund.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or colour? Please place a new order.
After you’ve placed an order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified. If you haven’t received any mail, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
After placing an order, you can still cancel or adjust it as long as it has not yet been sent.
You can apply a discount or a gift card code at the checkout page. You enter the code in the box called “coupon code”. You can use only one code per order.
If the order hasn’t been paid, the coupon can still be applied. In that case, fill in the contact form on the website or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If the order has already been paid, the discount can’t be applied anymore.
Yes, all jewellery is nickel free.
Your jewellery can be affected if it comes in contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray, etc. So always let perfume, body lotion and hair spray desiccate before you put on your jewellery.
Take your jewellery off when you go exercising, sleeping, and showering. Moisture and perspiration can affect your jewellery. Therefore, never keep your jewellery in the bathroom.
Store your jewellery in a dark place and preferably in a bag. By storing your jewellery items in a bag, the air cannot affect it.
Store your jewellery items seperately from each other. In that way, chains do not get tangled and the jewellery cannot damage each other.
Attach your jewellery, such as a necklace, before you store it. This prevents the jewellery from becoming entangled with itself.
Almost all items that are sold out will be back in stock soon. On the product pages of sold out products you can sign up for a “back in stock” notification.
